After using multiple billing services with the loss of revenue and multiple frustrations, Drs. Nanavati and Rodgers teamed up to establish Entrust Medical Billing Solutions, LLC. Their goal was to create transparency in medical billing with quality, efficiency and integrity.
Meet our Managing Partners
Dr. Vipul Nanavati graduated Sum Cum Laude with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Nanavati attended the Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in New Jersey. He obtained his training in general orthopedics at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After completing his orthopedic residency, he continued his advanced training in Hand and Wrist Surgery at the Philadelphia Hand Center. He completed a second fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the Rothman Institute. He most recently completed his MBA at Boise State University.
Dr. Nanavati moved to the Boise area in 2019 and established Idaho Shoulder to Hand Specialists.

Dr. Rodgers is a native of Idaho. After receiving his degree in finance from Brigham Young University he attended St. Louis University School of Medicine where he graduated with a distinction in research. He completed a residency in otolaryngology head and neck surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
He then completed a fellowship in facial plastic & reconstructive surgery in New York. He is double board certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and facial plastic & reconstructive surgery.
After completing his training, Dr. Rodgers returned to Idaho and has been in solo practice in Boise for over 20 years.

Meet our Director
Kathy joined Entrust Medical Billing Solutions in 2023 as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management. Prior to joining Entrust, she was the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at On Demand Solutions and Operations Manager at Idaho Emergency Physicians. She has 30 plus years’ experience in billing, coding, human resources, and finance. Her strategic leadership and commitment allow her to develop, implement and streamline workflows that create growth and financial improvement for practices. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the MGMA.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. Her interests include traveling, golfing, and riding her Harley Davidson.

Shane Ricks, RN BSN MHS MBA, joined Entrust Medical Billing in 2023. Shane graduated with his BS in Nursing in 1999. In 2005 he earned a Master of Health Science degree with an emphasis in health services leadership. Shane graduated with an MBA in 2023 from Boise State University.
Shane managed in-house billing from 2009 to 2017 at Millennium Surgery Center. In 2017 the billing was outsourced to a third-party billing company. Lessons, good and bad, have been learned along the way. He strives to bring the best of his experience to Entrust to collaborate and deliver medical billing with transparency, integrity, and efficiency.
Outside of work, Shane finds joy in spending time with family, traveling, hiking, biking, and playing sports.
